Требования настоящего стандарта не распространяются на обработанные материалы, получаемые по способу пропитки и поверхностной обработки, а также на черный щебень

This standard applies to organic mixtures and reinforced soils obtained by mixing crushed stone, gravel, sand, their mixtures and soils with organic binders or organic binders together with mineral and used for the construction of foundations and road and aerodrome coatings in accordance with current building codes.

The requirements of this standard do not apply to processed materials obtained by the method of impregnation and surface treatment, as well as black crushed stone.

The scope of the mixtures and fortified soils is given in Table A.1 of Appendix A. The requirements of this standard do not apply to processed materials obtained by the method of impregnation and surface treatment, as well as to black rubble.
